We are seeking a reliable and motivated Crew Lead to oversee erosion control installation projects. The Crew Lead will be responsible for supervising a small team in the field, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all specifications and regulations.

• Lead and work alongside crew members to install erosion control measures such as silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, erosion blankets, and seeding.
• Coordinate daily work plans and ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are ready for use.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies on job sites.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other team members.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of installations.
• Operate small equipment such as skid steers and trenchers.
• Complete daily paperwork, timesheets, and field reports.

• 2+ years of experience in erosion control, landscaping, or construction (leadership experience preferred).
• Knowledge of BMP (Best Management Practices) for erosion and sediment control.
• Ability to read site plans and follow project specifications.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor.
