About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Economic Development Corporation. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and results-oriented leader with a strong background in economic development and business retention strategies. Key responsibilities include fostering relationships with public and private partners, leading industry recruitment, and contributing to workforce development and infrastructure planning. The role demands a proven professional who can navigate the unique challenges of a smaller community and is adept at using economic development tools to expand the local economy.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' of economic development experience, with a preference for those who are graduates of the Economic Development Institute or hold a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) designation.
