LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse – Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health

Pay Range: $40,000 – $75,000
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care for medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes.
Job Duties- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new grads welcome, training provided).
- Provide care in a client home setting.
