Angels Care Home Health is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Texas. The LVN will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies.
We seek candidates with an accredited LVN program, at least two years of LVN experience (home health preferred), a valid LVN license, CPR and Hepatitis status verification, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
