. We are in the Factory-Built Housing industry and we provide quality, affordable housing to our customers. We are supported by the 4th largest manufacturer of factory-built homes in the US and Canada with 13 retail locations throughout the southern US, and we are one of the fastest growing. Currently we are looking to hire bi-lingual professionals to our team in Gainesville, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow our proprietary sales process
  • Present our homes to prospective buyers
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Follow-up with all leads
  • Attend our regularly scheduled training programs
  • Communicate with the General Sales Manager
  • Maintain your CRM data
  • Maintain the overall appearance of your retail location and model homes
  • Submit complete and accurate reports pertaining to all sales activities
  • Contribute your input to management on our continuing improvement process

Responsible for making calls on leads (a minimum of 20 calls per day)

You Need To Have

3 Years of documented sales success in business to consumer, high ticket sales

The drive to be successful

The discipline to follow our proven sales methodology

The ability to work with a team

Sales experience is preferred, but not required

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
