By understanding local competitors, they communicate Home Depot's advantages, guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. They are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store and help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service—while actively monitoring inventory and driving in-stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
