Job Title: Skid Steer Operator
Location: Gainesville, TX

Responsibilities
  • Operate skid steer equipment in a safe and effective manner.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials around job sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience operating a skid steer (construction or industrial environment preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pull a trailer loaded with the skid steer and material.
  • Ability to read site plans and follow directions accurately.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety.

We were founded in 2008 by Clint Vinson and Josh Phillips. Today, we design over 30 new stormwater pollution prevention plans each month, and conduct over 550 compliance inspections each week.
