About Us:At Auto Restoration and Customs, we build award-winning vehicles, ranging from daily drivers to Concours show cars. We take pride in quality over speed. Our clean, well-equipped shop is expanding, and we are looking for two passionate, detail-oriented craftsmen to join our team in Gainesville.
We are seeking an experienced mechanic who understands that vintage cars require a different touch than modern daily drivers. You must have a deep understanding of classic vehicle architecture and the skills to integrate modern performance into vintage platforms.

Enjoy a balanced life with our 4 ten-hour day schedule (Mon-Thu), giving you a 3-day weekend every week!
- Complete plumbing and electrical wiring for high-end custom builds and restomods (including aftermarket chassis harnesses like American Autowire, Painless, etc.).
- Perform engine conversions/LS swaps and modern fuel injection upgrades.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex vintage automotive systems, carburetors, and custom powertrains.
- Install vintage air systems, brake conversions, and upgraded suspension components.
- Proven experience working on classic, hot rod, or muscle car mechanicals.
- Extensive knowledge of custom automotive electrical layouts and wiring schematics.
- Must possess your own tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
