Location: Gainesville, VA
Pay: $16–$19 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
About the RoleThe Learning Experience – Gainesville is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our infant classroom provides a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where babies grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones.

What You’ll Do- Provide loving, attentive care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom
- Support daily routines including bottle feeding, diapering, naps, and tummy time
- Engage infants in sensory play, music, and early language activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and progress
- Follow all health, safety, and Virginia childcare licensing requirements
- Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality infant care
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience working with infants is required
- Experience in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must meet all Virginia state childcare licensing requirements
- Competitive pay: $16–$19 per hour
