Door Pro America, a leading garage door installation company, is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in our Customer Service Department. Our customer service team is essential to the company’s operations to ensure that homeowners have a great experience. An ideal Customer Service Representative is able to communicate clearly and efficiently with customers including: product and service information, scheduling, answering questions and resolving problems.

We are a small department of currently 7 CSR reps with a bright future for company-wide growth and we are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, punctual, efficient, persuasive and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with customers throughout your day, so having a respectful and kind demeanor is a must.

• Managing incoming calls, outgoing calls and voicemails.
• Communicating with customers effectively by answering questions, selling and scheduling consultations and services, and resolving issues.
• Working closely with our operations teams.
• Use software to include Hubspot, Ring Central, Microsoft Business Suites, and other necessary software.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, sales, dispatch or related fields
• Strong and clear phone presence and efficient communication
• Active listening and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
