• Learn and apply appropriate geophysical prospecting equipment to accurately designate non‑complex underground utility layouts.
• Perform 'On‑Call' notifications and coordinate with utility company representatives.
• Participate in daily briefings/debriefings and ensure all tasks are completed in the field.
• Assist with the maintenance and operation of vehicles, equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain equipment inventory, cleaning, and overall condition; check vehicle operability and secure equipment at day‑end.
• Transport equipment efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements of UPI and its clients.

• Zero (0) experience as an SUE Locator – training will be provided.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Physical ability to work outdoors on project sites, carry equipment, and walk throughout the day.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
