Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc., a Davey company, is looking for a mid-level Project Regulatory Specialist to join our team. This position serves as liaison between federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and clients for permit procurement. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of previous relevant consulting and/or permit procurement experience and project management. Experience working with a diverse client base in both public and private sectors, as well as the ability to work independently and with a team is a must.

Minimum qualifications include B.A./B.S. in environmental planning, science or policy and a basic knowledge of environmental regulations pertaining to 401/404 Clean Water Act and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act; knowledge of/basic level of comfortability working in AutoCAD, knowledge of local land development practices and goals, NEPA, FEMA or FERC regulations is a plus. Superior oral and written communications skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under limited supervision are a must.

Willingness to attend in-person training, meetings and networking/business development events is expected.
