Right at Home is hiring In Home Caregivers holding a CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate throughout Northern Virginia with a minimum one year homecare experience.

Caregiver responsibilities and settings include serving clients in all Northern Virginia counties including Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun. You will have the option to choose your schedule, the clients you care for, and the location in which you work, with pay increases offered based on your choices. Our nursing assistants care for hundreds of clients daily with various schedules including part time, full time, live in, daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend.

We care for clients in private homes, Assisted Living Communities such as Sunrise Senior Living, and Independent Living Communities. If you need assistance obtaining a certificate to provide personal care tasks, ask about our Work-It-Forward Program.

• Base pay rate ranges between $17.50-$18.00 per hour depending on certificate (PCA, HHA, or CNA) with opportunities for additional shifts and client-based increases
• Weekend caregiver pay increases - +$2-$4
• Couple care caregiver pay increases - +$6
• Visit rate caregiver pay increases - +$5
• Personal Care Plus caregiver pay increases - +$2
