• Help with daily living: bathing, dressing, toileting, eating
• Provide safe mobility support and transfers
• Prepare meals, grocery shop, and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship, conversation, and supervision
• Medication reminders & accurate documentation

• Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA license in Virginia
• CPR certification and negative TB test
• Clean background check (required by VA law)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist with client transfers
