We are not just a team, but a family rooted in love and care for God and each other. We are a community that extends across Prince William, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline, King George, Fredericksburg, Fauquier, Culpeper, and Rappahannock counties, and serves the University of Mary Washington.

In our picturesque region, abundant with rich history, diverse culture, and thriving communities, we serve over 4,000 coaches and 25,000 athletes, working towards a revival through sports ministry.

As a leader at Battlefield FCA, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious strategic plan. This includes building teams of revolutionary leaders, creating robust recruitment and funding systems, expanding our community outreach, and developing FCA Sports to engage more athletes and coaches.

Battlefield FCA is looking for high-capacity individuals who will be primarily responsible to recruit, develop, and lead a team of Area Representatives that accomplish FCA’s vision and mission. The growing interest in bringing character and spiritual development back into sports makes this an exciting time for FCA.

Our sports ministry is thriving and through Area Directors we are able to build stronger relationships by engaging, equipping, and empowering coaches and athletes, fulfilling the mission. The Area Director is vital to helping us serve every coach and every athlete, in every sport and community.

This position will build and lead the Greater Prince William FCA Team. It includes Prince William County, If you are in pursuit of something more, something that brings significance to your life, challenges you, and brings life-changing transformation to others I want to talk to you ASAP!
