Join Northern Virginia’s Fast-Growing Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate? We’re looking for a committed Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our energetic and successful team.

We’re preparing to launch with Zillow Flex, operate from a state-of-the-art office space, and have built one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region, reaching over 10 million people monthly across Instagram, You Tube, and other platforms.



Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to agents to ensure seamless transaction workflows
• Scheduling showings, appointments, and managing listing calendars
• Overseeing MLS listings, marketing properties, and managing transaction paperwork
• Maintaining effective communication between clients, vendors, and team members
• Supporting marketing efforts and boosting our online presence

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
