• $15 per hour base pay plus performance-based bonuses

• Represent Ameritech professionally at events, festivals, trade shows, and retail locations
• Proactively engage homeowners and initiate conversations in a confident, friendly manner
• Educate potential customers on Ameritech products and services using provided training
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home appointments for project managers
• Meet or exceed individual and team lead goals
• Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude throughout each shift
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed
• Accurately collect and submit customer information
• Communicate effectively with management and provide event feedback

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Weekend availability required
• Authorized to work in the United States
