Right Education is currently registering Teaching Assistants who are open to flexible roles in and around Market Rasen, including nearby villages such as Middle Rasen, Faldingworth, Nettleton, Tealby, and Legsby. Roles may include day‑to‑day supply, short‑term bookings, or longer placements depending on school demand and your availability.

Location:

Market Rasen and surrounding villages

Pay: £85‑£95 per day (based on 6.5 working hours)

• Supporting classroom routines and transitions
• Helping pupils stay focused and confident with their learning
• Offering tailored support for pupils with additional needs
• Assisting with phonics, numeracy, and creative tasks

• Have school‑based experience or transferable skills from childcare, youth work, or support roles
• Are calm, reliable, and able to build strong relationships with pupils
• Can adapt quickly to new settings and follow teacher guidance
• Hold or are willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
