Data Performance Manager

We’re looking for a Data Performance Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data, performance information and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement across the organisation. From overseeing key performance dashboards and regulatory returns to analysing trends, benchmarking our performance and challenging us to improve, you’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making.

Working closely with senior leaders, Board members and colleagues across the business, you’ll help ensure our data is accurate, meaningful and impactful. Job description:

As a Data Performance Manager, a typical day might include:

• Lead the development, validation and delivery of Acis Group’s KPI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness and meaningful performance insights.
• Provide data and analysis to support Board reports, strategic decision-making, annual reporting and policy development.
• Manage and coordinate key regulatory and statutory returns, including TSM, ESG, SDR, NROSH and EDI submissions.
