This is a great opportunity for someone with strong plant knowledge, retail experience, and a passion for creating inspiring outdoor displays. What youll do as a Horti Department Manager:
Lead and motivate a small team Oversee the outdoor plant area, ensuring excellent presentation and stock care Share your horticultural expertise with customers and colleagues Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service Create engaging, commercial plant displays What youll bring:
