Overview
Adventist Health Care seeks to hire an Executive Assistant III who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
Responsibilities- Perform a wide variety of administrative functions including coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, and scheduling meetings.
- Handle and type complex and highly confidential material.
- Manage and coordinate office and administrative functions.
- Coordinate and lead special projects.
- Support the clinical and performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead and support committees as designated.
- Coordinate data collection, compilation and submission.
- Develop and maintain electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Proficient in PC skills such as the Windows environment, internet, and using e-mail programs (Group Wise, Ceridian).
- Knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Publisher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient with standard office equipment (fax, copier, computer).
- Ability to establish positive working relationships internally and externally.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills, especially on the telephone.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information.
- Exceptional calendar management and scheduling background for an Executive level.
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferred in Health care or Business.
- 5-8 years of demonstrated administrative experience; experience maintaining an Executive’s calendar in a C-Suite environment; minimum five (5) years supporting Senior Management.
- PMP or other Executive Assistant certifications preferred; healthcare experience as an Executive Assistant preferred.
Day Shift
Pay RangePay Range: $71,932.12 - $
If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
FLSA ClassificationUnder the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as: United States of America (Exempt)
