Currently seeking a HR Coordinator / Executive Assistant in Wilmington, DE for one of our top Life Science clients for a 6+ month contract role. Job Description

Candidates for executive level admins MUST have at least 5-7 years high level Executive Admin experience and preferable for large corporations. 6 months in duration and may go longer or MAY even be temp‑hire. Position will report to a Vice President (likely 2 managers). Candidates should be willing and able to perform:

  • Heavy calendar management for VP
  • Expense reconciliations
  • Global and domestic travel
  • Meeting coordination
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Must have advanced level MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
