Are you a detail-oriented, resourceful professional who enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly? Our client is looking for a full-time Senior Administrative Assistant to support their leadership team and ensure day-to-day operations stay on track. This role is critical in helping the president focus on big-picture goals while you manage the essential details behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize virtual and in-person appointments using tools like Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
- Draft, edit, and send polished communications on behalf of senior leadership.
- Maintain and update company databases, including Hub Spot and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and business development projects.
- Manage office supply inventory and handle orders for branded materials, gifts, and other essentials.
- Conduct research on industry trends and client opportunities as needed.
- Take on additional administrative projects to support evolving business needs.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years providing executive-level administrative support.

Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word required). - Communication: Strong writing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Hub Spot is required.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Professionalism: Comfortable interacting with executives, colleagues, and clients to gather information and resolve issues.
- Mindset: Self-starter with critical thinking skills and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
