Your main responsibilities:

• Develop a multi-year supply chain roadmap for BNT’s upcoming launch products ensuring "in-time", "in-quality" and "cost-efficient" market supply
• Build strong collaboration and governance structure with BNT’s Alliance partners especially for commercializing the ADC pipeline
• Develop launch processes and supply chain launch readiness plans in close alignment with product lifecycle management, QA and RA
• Actively steer and further develop the S&OP process
• Manage Tech Transfers from Supply Chain perspective for product implementation
• Steer standardization of supply chain processes globally and locally
• Further develop BNT’s drug shortage process and business continuity plan
• Manage and develop the SCM launch and Governance team

Requirements:

• Proven track record in supporting and launching products in Supply Chain
• Multiple years of experience (10 years) in commercial supply chain management for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) or mRNA vaccines
• Excellent project management skills to effectively plan, lead, and complete complex projects in a volatile working environment
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in leading and developing teams
• Fluent English skills;
  German skills are an advantage

Expected Pay Range: $168,100/year to $268,700/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance).
* Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
