Must live in Maryland. You will oversee all aspects of 3-6 home renovation projects per month, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring completion according to timelines.

• Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month according to the set project timeline
• Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors
• Strive to complete projects below budget and seek ways to reduce costs and streamline the construction process
• Manage project timelines and respond to all inspections
• Deliver equipment to job sites if needed
• Conduct final inspections of homes to ensure all work was completed properly and take detailed photos of the property

• 5+ years of real‑estate project management experience in home building, home renovations or insurance restoration
• Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
