Estimator – Exterior Commercial Construction (waterproofing)

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Salary: up to $100,000 base + Uncapped Project Profitability Bonus (1st yr total = $120k)

Typical

Hours:

Monday-Friday; 40 hours/week

Travel: Local DMV (within 60 miles of the beltway)

• Visit job sites across DC/MD/VA (company vehicle provided)
• Scope and estimate exterior restoration & waterproofing projects ($10K–$500K)
• Conduct takeoffs and prepare professional work proposals
• Support projects through closeout – project lifecycle ownership as workload grows
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules
• Track project performance and profitability
• Ensure all work meets OSHA and internal safety standards
• Communicate closely with clients and internal leadership
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on progress and profitability
• Support process improvements and operational growth initiatives

• 3+ years of leading/managing exterior commercial construction projects experience required
• 3+ years of waterproofing, caulking/coatings, or building envelopes experience required
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, or project teams required
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients, crews, and leadership
• Valid driver’s license required
