As a Branch Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You'll perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers in a friendly and engaging manner across technology challenges, conversations, and showcasing available services and products.
  • Help determine personal and business financial needs and connect customers with experts to guide them toward their financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.
  • Support customers across branch needs, including cash handling and service, with rotation based on customer needs.
  • Improve the overall retail customer experience with fewer handoffs, positioning each Ambassador as an expert.
  • Learn about Capital One products, services, and experiences to help guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrate digital savviness by educating customers on mobile and online channels and navigating branch devices.
  • Collaborate with a team of banking professionals and inspire teammates.
  • Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement using appropriate tools and channels.
  • Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market as needed.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

This salary information is for candidates hired to work within one of these locations and reflects the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
