Position
Full Time Dental Hygienist – Dental Suite, Gaithersburg, Maryland
Overview
Dental Suite is expanding and actively hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative, high‑quality clinical, business, and operations team. The practice offers 1‑hour prophylaxis appointments and a supportive environment with great hours.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Sign‑On Bonus
Eligible for up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities
- Screen patients and provide quality care during check‑ups
- Educate patients in oral hygiene technique and work with patients on their oral hygiene care
- Review patient’s history and charting
- Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
- Document areas of existing restorations
- Use of X‑ray
- Support the dentist with procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Active Maryland hygienist license required
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused approach
- Current BLS/CPR certifications
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
- Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred; new grads are welcome
- Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
- Experience with dental practice software
- Team player – strong collaborator that is open, positive, and flexible
