Associate Periodontist

Advanced Dental Implant Center is looking for an experienced Periodontist to join our established team across our Gaithersburg and Frederick, MD practices!

This Periodontist will work a 4-day week, splitting time between our two locations (2 days in Gaithersburg, 2 days in Frederick), performing surgical procedures, diagnosing and treating conditions, and establishing treatment programs to monitor oral health. This individual will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, possess manual dexterity, and be up to date with the latest treatment methods and developments.

• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations
• Specialize in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease and in the placement of dental implants
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules and regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
• Maintain consistency in care standards and treatment planning across both practice locations

• DDS or DMD degree and specialized training in Periodontics
• Leadership skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working across two practice locations within the Gaithersburg/Frederick, MD area
