We are seeking a compassionate Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our medical practice in Gaithersburg, MD. We value our patients and truly want to listen to them and offer comprehensive care, scheduling new patient appointments for 30‑45 min blocks and follow‑ups in 30 min time frames. Our ideal Physician has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, enjoys working as part of a comprehensive team, and can mentor and supervise staff.

We can accommodate a physician looking for either a full‑time or part‑time position covering any of our offices in Hyattsville, Camp Springs, Silver Spring, Glen Burnie, and Gaithersburg.

We offer a range of office‑based diagnostic, surgical, and rehabilitation services managed from evaluation through treatment to ensure the best achievable outcomes. We are a leader in care delivery for personal injury and worker’s compensation cases.

• Patient care and management
• Recommend and conduct diagnostic tests to determine extent of injury and appropriate treatment
• Order diagnostic labs/imaging, including in‑house computerized neurocognitive testing (ImPACT)
• Oversee diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
• Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
• Provide documentation, testimony, and reports for personal injury cases
• Documentation—timely and accurate
• Order or refer to in‑house vestibular, cognitive, and aquatic therapy
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care
• Perform interventional pain procedures

• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Maryland
• BCBE in Interventional Pain Management
• Favorable malpractice history
• Basic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• DEA license

• Full time Monday–Friday or part time (location dependent)
• No call or weekends

• $250/hr
• Potential base salary up to $425k (depending on specialty) plus additional compensation for depositions, IMEs, and narratives
