Physician – Cardiothoracic Surgery in Maryland

• Schedule: Full-time clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Job Setting: Hospital-based surgical program with outpatient follow-up; leadership of Structural Heart Program
• Practice Size: Multidisciplinary heart team including cardiothoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists, APPs, and nursing staff
• Volume: Full scope of adult cardiac surgical services including CABG, valve repair/replacement, arrhythmia surgery, ECMO, and transcatheter structural heart procedures
• Compensation: Competitive base salary with incentive structure; comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, and PTO
• Location: Maryland suburb 30 minutes from Washington D.C.

• Proven leadership experience in program development and growth
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Minimum 10 years of experience preferred
• Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon
• Advanced training or fellowship in Structural Heart strongly preferred
• Expertise in:
• Complex Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), including on/off-pump and multi-arterial revascularization
• Minimally invasive valve repair/replacement
• Transcatheter structural heart procedures (TAVR, TMVR, etc.)
• Arrhythmia surgery and catheter-based interventions
• ECMO and ICU patient management
• Active or willing to obtain Maryland medical license
