Jackson Physician Search has been retained to identify a highly‑skilled Cardiac Surgeon and physician leader to serve as the System Chief of Cardiac Surgery. This candidate will join a well‑established cardiac surgery program currently performing more than 600 open‑heart surgeries per year. Additionally, our catchment area of 12 counties, 9 Well Span hospitals, and over 250 employed practices will allow for significant continued growth.
