• $90k-$100k base salary+ commission, car allowance and gas card

• Meet with customers, engineers, vendors, and sub-contractors within the market to find opportunities, understand conditions and help to build our forecast
• Qualify project opportunities by talking to customers to learn scope, risk, how they plan to go to market, when the work will take place, when the work will be awarded
• Work with our customers to develop a clear understanding of project scopes and clearly communicate this information to internal team members
• Prepare proposals and presentations for customer interviews, act as a liaison for Colonial Webb Contractors
• Develop project sales strategies that include how we interact within the market to be successful
• Develop and build strong relationships with our major vendors and subcontractors

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Engineering Management preferred but not required
• Business development experience with general contractors
• Possess strong technical and mechanical knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, plumbing and piping systems
• Possess client management skills; ability to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations
• Demonstrate proficiency Microsoft Excel for cost estimating and engineering functions
• Knowledge and interest of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, accounting, cost forecasting, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources
