Summary:

The Fractional CFO provides strategic financial leadership and guidance to support an organization's financial health and business objectives. This role partners with executive leadership to provide financial insight, improve processes, and support informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Analyze financial performance and identify trends and opportunities
* Monitor cash flow and overall financial health
* Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls
* Provide guidance on financial and operational business decisions
* Support accounting, tax, audit, and compliance activities
* Prepare and present financial reports to leadership
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
* Partner with leadership on short- and long-term financial strategies Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Previous senior-level financial leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management principles
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
