Overview
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Gaithersburg, MD | Part Time or PRN
About UsWe’re two clinicians who left the corporate therapy world to create something different—a pediatric therapy clinic where clinicians are supported, families feel cared for, and kids thrive. At our practice, balance and flexibility aren’t just buzzwords—they’re the foundation of how we work.
We believe in play-based, child-led therapy delivered through a respect-based lens
. That means we treat every child as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. We keep things fun, collaborative, and flexible for both our patients and our team.
- Therapist-Owned & Operated – We understand the challenges because we’ve lived them.
- Flexible Scheduling – Build your caseload your way, from part-time to full-time.
- Support & Mentorship – Especially for new grads; our experienced therapists are happy to mentor in pediatrics.
- Collaborative Environment – Work alongside occupational and physical therapists in a supportive, team-first clinic.
- Growth-Friendly – Whether you’re looking for a few hours or a full caseload, you’ll have autonomy to shape your schedule.
- Provide pediatric speech therapy services in a small, family-centered clinic.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
- Foster positive relationships with families while providing evidence-based, play-driven interventions.
- Pay: Higher rate for billable hours, cancellation rate, paid documentation time and flat rate for evaluations.
- Extras: MD state licensure reimbursement, CEU membership, and opportunities for continuing education.
- Flexibility: Choose your own hours (10–40 per week).
Autonomy with Support: Independence in your clinical practice while knowing you have a team behind you.
