Charm City Therapy is a Maryland based pediatric multidisciplinary therapy center offering speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We are seeking a qualified and passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our school‑based team in Gaithersburg, MD. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student‑centered, and committed to supporting each child’s ability to communicate effectively in the academic setting.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive speech‑language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs in the classroom.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Document and track student progress toward IEP goals.
- Support literacy, social skills, and language development initiatives.
- Supervise and support other clinicians, if applicable.
- Provide training and resources to school staff regarding communication disorders.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Maryland Speech‑Language Pathology License.
