Adventist Health Care seeks to hire an experienced Well-being Specialist for our Life Work Strategies Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Well-being Specialist, you will:
• Provide support to Adventist Health Care Condition of Employment clinics and activities including but not limited to Influenza Vaccinations and Fit Testing.
• Coordinate, develop, and facilitate health and wellness programs and events, such as Lunch and Learns, workshops, well-being challenges, health observances and other events and programs.
• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Condition Management programs.
• Design health education content including informative articles, presentations, and the online wellness portal.
• Aggregate, analyze and present client reports based on employee data and program participation analysis; utilize operational metrics to define, track and report on program activities, participation, and results.
• Participate in town halls, team meetings, and leadership training as appropriate to educate, motivate, and engage participants.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Kinesiology, or related field required

Pay Range:$53,316.90 - $74,643.66
