HRIS Coordinator

Overview

Emergent Bio Solutions invites qualified professionals to join our team as an HRIS Analyst
. This role supports human resources systems by maintaining data integrity, delivering analytics, and partnering on system-related projects.

• Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS inquiries and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot system issues, escalating to vendors or IT as necessary.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage contingent worker lifecycle transactions (hires, terminations, transfers) and other employee processes.
• Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business needs.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to HR leadership.
• Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments (Payroll, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless data flow and alignment.
• Recommend system solutions to improve HR process efficiency and stay current on HRIS best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations, with proficiency in SAP Success Factors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

U.S. Base Pay Ranges: $76,500 – $92,700 annually. Additional incentive compensation may be available.
