Connsci is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly driven Senior Manager of Delivery to support the delivery of complex technology solutions for our government clients in the areas of cybersecurity, digital modernization, and data science. This role will play a critical role in ensuring successful project execution, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving the operational excellence of our delivery teams. As the Senior Manager Delivery, you will be part of designing a PMO with clear organizational structure and develop project management as a competency in the organization.

The Senior Manager, Delivery, will partner closely with VP, internal teams and to a certain extent external stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of cutting-edge technologies, on-time delivery, and exceeding client expectations. This individual will support VP Delivery with the overall execution of client deliverables, managing delivery teams, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring adherence to contract scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy
  • Lead, support and mentor a diverse team of delivery managers, project managers, technical experts, and engineers.
  • Support development and execution of the strategic vision for the delivery of information technology, cybersecurity, digital modernization, training, and data science solutions in alignment with company goals.
  • Cultivate strong partnership with program teams, acting as the point of contact for program delivery-related matters.
  • Provide insights into identifying and pursuing new business opportunities supporting the business development team.
Delivery Excellence
  • Ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery of multiple projects across diverse client portfolios.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for project management, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, from pre‑sales through project execution to post‑delivery support, ensuring seamless coordination between cross‑functional teams.
  • Address any delivery challenges proactively and resolve issues that could impact project timelines, scope, or client satisfaction.
Operational Oversight and Continuous Improvement
  • Support development and implementation of process improvements to drive operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor delivery performance metrics and client satisfaction scores, implementing corrective actions as needed along with senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, security standards, and industry best practices, particularly in the realms of cybersecurity and data management.
  • Support in establishing frameworks for ongoing quality assurance, performance evaluations, and operational audits.
Financial Management
  • Provide support for accurate financial forecasting and reporting on project budgets and resource utilization.
  • Work with executive management to optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize project costs without compromising quality or client satisfaction.
Talent Management and Team Development
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support coaching and professional development opportunities for team members to grow their technical and leadership skills.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
