Software Engineer (Dev Ops) -- TS/SCI w/ FS Poly Required
Maryland Full-time
About the Role- Facilitate infrastructure management
- Facilitate continuous integration
- Facilitate environment configuration and deployment
- Support the project's compliance and security posture
Required (must have at least one of the following qualifications) - Docker
- Python scripting
- AWS, C2S, or other cloud experience
- Git Lab CI/CD pipelines
- Elasticsearch
- Cloud hosting and automation
- Remove impediments to team productivity
- Coach team on Agile/Scrum practices
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint health)
- Shield team from interruptions and scope creep
- Foster continuous improvement and self-organization
- Apply process and engineering methodologies to modernize processes
- Assist leadership in transitioning and facilitating project teams
- Coordinate across project teams for enterprise-wide integration
- Track initiatives and epics to completion
- Define and maintain business processes to meet objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with customer and company standards
- Integrate new and existing business processes with customers and developers
- Apply best practices in process analysis, re-engineering, and change management
