A. Fatemi, LLC is looking to hire a full‑time legal assistant/paralegal to assist the firm in handling Personal Injury, Immigration, Criminal and Family Law cases. Responsibilities include answering phones, reporting and analyzing clients’ information and needs, and conducting paralegal and general office duties.

• Assist in handling Personal Injury, Immigration, Criminal and Family Law cases.
• Answer phones and respond to client inquiries.
• Report and analyze clients’ information and needs.
• Conduct general office duties.

• Paralegal certificate required.
• 3-5 years of law office experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish language.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Technology savvy; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
