- Experience managing delivery using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, task planning, and dependencies
- Supervisory experience managing PMs and other resources
- Deep experience in project status and financial reporting

- Managing projects using structured methodologies and comprehensive documentation
- Enhancing project effectiveness to meet client objectives
- Managing project budgets
