Salary range: $125,000 - $160,000 per year

- Proven track record of success in sales (home services or HVAC/insulation preferred)
- Experience managing or coaching sales reps is a big plus
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and performance metrics
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and teams simultaneously
- Run and manage incoming leads and lead assignments
- Track performance and daily activity of all sales reps
- Check in daily with each sales rep to offer support and review progress
- Review signed contracts and ensure proper handoff to operations
- Confirm upcoming job installations and address any gaps
- Coordinate with the operations team on complex or custom project needs
- Monitor and report on individual and team close rates
- Prepare and deliver monthly commission reports for all sales reps
- Identify underperformance and provide coaching or correction
- Analyze trends and opportunities for improvement
- Hire, train, and (when necessary) terminate sales reps
- Manage and grow the sales team, maintaining high morale
- Set and adjust sales incentives to drive motivation and results
- Maintain accountability toward quarterly goals set by leadership
- Strategize and implement new avenues of sales growth
- Lead weekly sales team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and training
- Attend weekly company-wide leadership meetings to align with other departments
