, a strategic leadership role focused on data-driven insights across our oncology portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define the range of problems facing the brand team; plan, prioritize and oversee research and analysis, and communicate insight & recommendations for high quality, evidence-driven marketing decisions.
- Think strategically to coordinate the appropriate analytical expertise.
- Develop an understanding of internal customers’ business needs and the analytical options for support.
- Provide strategic business insight to the Brand Leadership Team.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to synthesize and integrate varied sources of insight to set brand team strategy and tactics.
Desired qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA).
- Managed a group of at least 1–3 analytical staff.
- Broad-based commercial experience including marketing and/or sales.
