• Lead with a growth mindset, guiding the business toward new opportunities
• Be a cultural ambassador—foster engagement, alignment, and excellence within the business and community
• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Monitor field and office recruiting activities; perform recruiting activities with the Talent Acquisition team
• Lead talent‑management processes and help teammates create career development plans
• Work with sales and account managers to assure on‑time customer renewals and proactively position contract price increases
• Ensure business‑development processes are utilized (CRM, go‑no‑go, bid reviews, signature approval authority) and emerging sales tools are embraced
• Manage HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical teams in project planning and execution, meeting or beating estimates and exceeding customer expectations

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in building services operations, maintenance management, or service‑based project sales, including leadership experience; OR 15+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• 10 years of in‑depth experience with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) including lifecycle cost management, maintenance planning, and performance optimization
• Deep understanding of industry standards, compliance regulations (OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE), and best practices for building services operations
• Advanced knowledge of building‑systems performance, service delivery models, budgeting, and facility project oversight
• Advanced ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance
