DutiesThe positions are responsible for developing a strategic plan to assure the availability of outstanding nursing services for participants in clinical research studies, conducting performance evaluations of staff, managing resources, staffing and supplies, and requiring skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision making.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with medical and clinical staff, institute stakeholders and research participants. BSN/MSN or MS in a related field preferred.

Requirements
