Future Care in Maryland is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager who will lead a nursing team, ensure quality care, and uphold state and federal regulations. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and physicians to coordinate care and drive improvements.
The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland RN license, a BSN preferred, 1–3 years of managerial experience, CPR certification, and a track record of compassionate, resident-centered care across acute or long-term settings.
