• Meet with buyers and sellers, determine their needs, and assist in the entire process of buying and selling homes
• Manage all aspects of the transaction process
• Apply lead follow-up systems to grow the sales pipeline
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Host team open houses monthly
• Manage workflow, calendar, and time-block efficiently
• Participate in University Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent for at least 6 months
