• Competitive base hourly rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales; top performers typically earn an additional $2–$4 per hour in commission

• Meet membership sales goals and achieve all performance‑based goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancements.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and handling membership sales and management.
• Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior customer service experience with a history of delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, winning attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility and drive.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Varied shift schedule including weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays; flexible availability preferred.
