This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required based on business needs.

As a Counter Sales Associate, you dive headfirst into your responsibilities each day. From assisting customers with their needs to providing expert advice on our range of HVAC/R products, your day is filled with meaningful interactions and rewarding challenges. You lead by example, guiding your team to success while ensuring our counter area is a beacon of organization and efficiency. Every day is a new adventure, and you're at the forefront, driving sales and exceeding customer expectations with finesse.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training in the sales and HVAC/R industries
